Before you check out, here's what we collect and why.

• Membership and billing. Stripe handles your card; we never see PAN or BIN data. We see your name, email, plan, and renewal date. Cancel any time from the dashboard.
• Your Aloha VIP pass. We generate a QR + wallet pass keyed to your member id. The pass is scanned at Paradise events and at partner venues. Scanning is your affirmative action; passive geolocation is not tracked.
• Spend tracking is OPTIONAL and OFF by default. If you turn it on in your dashboard, Paradise partner POS systems send transaction events here so you can see your own ecosystem spend and earn stars. We never share your full name, contact info, or other-venue spend with partners. Each partner sees only their own venue. You can export or hard-delete this history any time.
• Marketing SMS is OPTIONAL and OFF by default. If you opt in later from the dashboard, we send up to a few messages per week. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply.
• Your controls live in the dashboard. Toggle spend tracking, marketing SMS, and photo release. Export your data as JSON. Hard-delete your spend history (right to be forgotten). Cancel your membership via the Stripe Customer Portal.
